TOMY announced that its line of Harry Potter plush toys are coming to the US. The line will start with two plushies – Harry Potter and Hedwig.
The initial release will feature two stuffies, but a lot more a coming. The rest of the toys will debut during 2017.
For a start you will be able to get your hands on Harry Potter and Hedwig. They will be 8-inches tall plush toys.
They come in TOMY’s chibi style. It centers around characters in anime and manga drawn with oversized heads, while the term can also be used to describe child versions of characters, ToyNews notes.
The Harry Potter chibi plush will be available in the US in limited quantities at Hot Topic, Barnes & Noble, GameStop, Books-A-Million and Toys R Us.
Next year the 5-inch beanie plush line will also come to the US. The line features Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Dobby and Hedwig the owl.
