The Victoria Police has a tradition of launching themed teddy bears for charity. It continues this tradition with the latest special teddy bear. And it’s a very special, limited edition version.
Meet Edition 17 Constable T Bear. He is the Police Commissioner bear.
“The Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation is proud to dedicate the 17th Edition of Constable T. Bear to all of the Chief Commissioners who have served our State and the people of Victoria. Since its formation in 1853 Victoria Police has been served by 22 Chief Commissioners of Police”, the Blue Ribbon Foundation says on its site.
There are only 5000 Commissioner bears which are going to make the market. Nearly half of them are already sold. Each bear comes with a presentation box and is individually numbered.
Each bear is going to cost you about $69 a pop. They are high quality with lots of fine details on the uniform and hat. You can order them online along with previous Editions’ bears or alone.
For teddy bear fans in Australia, they can also pick one up at the Echuca Police Station.
