Two of the most anticipated movies by toy fans are changing up their schedules. Pixar announced Toy Story 4 will debut a year later while The Incredibles 2 will come a year earlier.
Originally, Toy Story 4 was scheduled for 2018. Now though the movie will make the cinema screens in 2019.
On the upper hand, The Incredibles 2 will come in 2018, instead of 2019. What’s more the movie will debut on June 15th, the day that Toy Story 4 was penciled in for.
As you can guess, Toy Story 4 will take the original date of The Incredibles 2 – June 21st, 2019. Pixar isn’t saying why it did the switch. We are guessing that Toy Story 4 is either behind schedule or is much more complicated to do. That, or The Incredibles 2 is much ahead of the schedule and it doesn’t make sense to keep a ready movie on the shelf.
The rest of Pixar’s plans remain the same for the time being. Cars 3 will debut next year. The studio is also making follow-ups for Monsters, Inc. and Finding Dory, Variety reports.
All of these movies are also huge toy sellers. You can expect a lot of new toys and stuffed animals to come out along with them. So get ready for the ride!
