The Missouri City Branch Library will open a Teddy Bear Camp at the Library during February. It invites children to bring their favorite stuffed animals.

The registration for the Teddy Bear Camp will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 6th and will continue until Friday, February 12th at 4:30 p.m. The earlier you bring your stuffed animal to the event, the longer it will stay and have fun and experience all of the cool events, the Library staff has planned.

Each day the staff will email photos to the children so they can see what their favorite stuffies are up to. The adventures are still being planned, but will be quite a few, so it’s better to bring your stuffed animal earlier so it can experience them all.

The Teddy Bear Camp at the Missouri City Branch Library will end on February 13th. On that day the stuffed animals will await their owners to pick them up between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. There will be snacks and kids will be able to hear first hand stories about all the fun the toys had.

The camp is free and open to everyone who want their teddy bear or other stuffed animal to participate. For more information, call the Missouri City Branch Library at 281-238-2100 or the library system’s Public Information Office at 281-633-4734. The Missouri City Branch Library is located at 1530 Texas Parkway, yourfortbendnews notes.
