The stats also say the teddy bear toss brings luck to the Sting. They’ve won six out of the last seven teddy bear toss games.

The collected toys will go to a special selection of local charities. Among them are Sarnia Salvation Army, Pathways Health Centre for Children, the Inn of the Good Shepherd, Sarnia Kinsmen, Local 663, Lambton Crisis Pregnancy Centre. Also Women’s Interval Home of Sarnia-Lambton, Operation Christmas Tree, Harmony for Youth, Victim Services of Sarnia Lambton, Bluewater Health and St. Joseph’s Hospice.
