Mattel will be making the new Jurassic World toys. The company has just won the master toy license from Universal Pictures for the next movie in the series.
The next movie in the Jurassic World franchise is set to be released on June 22, 2018. Starting from July 2017 though, Mattel will be the company which makes the new Jurassic World toys including stuffed animals.
This includes the next movie’s toys as well. Up until now that license was held by Hasbro. The company though announced it hasn’t been able to agree on renewal terms with Universal. So the big winner is Mattel.

“Spanning three decades of sustained worldwide popularity, few entertainment properties have so successfully captured the collective imagination of millions of fans around the world. We are delighted to be a part of this truly evergreen franchise”.
Mattel’s license rights for the “Jurassic World” franchise include all kinds of toys. You will see new action figures, playsets, vehicles, games, plush, role-play, preschool, and activity toys. The company has said initial products will be hitting shelves in early 2018.
