LEGO has finally released the second edition of its minifigures series of The Simpsons. It features 16 figures that will require trades with friends to collect them all.
A while back LEGO released the first wave ot its The Simpsons minifigures. It proved to be very popular and it is currently sold out. But the fans wanted more so LEGO has provided a second edition/
It features a total of 16 new LEGO Minifigures. There’s Homer in his best suit and tie, Marge in a fancy dress, Bart as Bartman, Lisa with Snowball II, Milhouse as Fallout Boy, plus Maggie with Santa’s Little Helper, Smithers, Patty, Selma, Comic Book Guy, Groundskeeper Willie, Edna Krabappel, Dr. Hibbert, Professor Frink, Hans Moleman and Martin Prince.
Every figure comes with at least one accessorie, a display plate and a leaflet with information about the collection and the character.
Each figures is packaged in a so-called mystery bag. You don’t know what figure you will be getting until you open up the bag.
LEGO also says that some minifigures will be more difficult to find than others and it is quite likely you will get at least two same figures. You will have to trade them with friends to collect all 16 figures LEGO says. The reason for that is that you can only order 32 figures per address. Of course you can buy as much as you want from other stores, but that doesn’t mean you will find the figure you want.
Each figure costs 3.99 dollars from the official LEGO online store. Prices may vary from store to store but they shouldn’t be much higher than that.
