The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are on a visit in Vancouver. They took part in a vest-making session for teddy bears in the Sheway charity center in the Canadian town.
It was there where 5-year-old Hailey Cain made two special teddy bears for the Royal guests. The Sheway center is a pregnancy outreach program that provides health and social services to mothers and expectant mothers who are dealing with drug and alcohol issues.
Hailey made two special teddy bears which she said were a gift for George and Charlotte – William and Kate’s children. “I love your dress, it’s so pretty. Thank you so much, Charlotte will love this, she loves her teddies”, Kate said to Hailey.
William added: “George too, he’s a big fan, thank you so much. You’re all such well behaved children. I’m so impressed!”
It’s not the first stuffed animal Kate receives on her Canadian visit. The pair took a trip on a seaplane from Victoria to Vancouver earlier in the day. After landing, one of the fans gave her a cute stuffed sheep as a gift.
