We all know Hasbro mostly for the toys it makes. But the company is also delving into other businesses. One of them is having theme parks.
Hasbro has a new partnership with Galaxyland. This partnership will transform the current Galaxyland theme park in Canada into a world of Hasbro.
“Galaxyland has been providing entertainment to locals and visitors from around the world for more than three decades, and we’re thrilled to bring a number of exciting rides and activities themed to many of Hasbro’s iconic brands,” says Matt Proulx, vice president of location based entertainment at Hasbro in a release.
Now Galaxyland will transform into “Galaxyland powered by Hasbro”. It will feature more than 25 rides, games and attractions. All of them will cover Hasbro’s entire franchise brands.
Among them are My Little Pony, Mr Potato Head, Monopoly, GI Joe, Nerf and so many more. Fans will be able to visit the new theme park starting from winter 2020. So, there’s some time to wait, but it should be quite the interesting theme park once it’s done.
