Hasbro unveiled the new Transformer action figures from the Studio Series Deluxes line. While that’s quite the mouthful, the figures are simply great.
The new Transformers come in as very realistic looking vehicles. Bumblebee for example is quite a close replica of the Concept Camaro.
Of course, if you look closely, you will see lots of panels which make the car. There’s a reason for that as well. The car can turn into a very close representation of Bumblebee. Complete with a near exact look to the movie and becoming a big, free standing action figure.
The lineup also features Soundwave with Laserbeak based on the Dark of the Moon. There Soundwave was a Mercedes SLS. There’s also a three pack of Acree, Chromia and Elita-1 in bike forms.
Also joining the lineup is World War II Hot Rod with an armored car mode. The figures debuted in picture form at the Unboxing Toy Convention.
So far we don’t know the prices or release dates for the new toys. Tformes reports that a recent product listing for these toys pointed for a January 2020 release for Japan.
