The internet’s favorite kitten Grumpy Cat will be getting her own wax figure at Madame Tussauds. As you can imagine, the news really didn’t impress her.
The Grumpy Cat wax figure will be different than most figures. It will be able to move and will have different movements. We’re guessing one of them will be giving you the most grumpy and unimpressed look ever. The replica will be unveiled at Madame Tussauds in San Francisco this fall, and will tour locations around the country, USA Today reports.
“This is truly an honor …” Grumpy Cat said in a statement. “I hate it.” Grumpy had to endure the Madame Tussauds team who took all the needed measurements in order to be able to make the most realistic wax figure possible. As Grumpy, who’s real name is Tardar Sause, says herself, she “tolerated”the team.

Grumpy cat has become an internet sensation over the past few year. SHe had a book, several series of stuffed animals, mugs, and was a spokes cat for Friskies. She has also been on several TV shows, documentary and many more.
People are still managing to think of new internet memes involving Grumpy and her ever so “enthusiastic” remarks about the things from life. At the moment it is not known when the Grumpy cat wax figure will be ready. Given that the team is already working on the project and the fact that Grumpy is a cat and not that big, it wouldn’t take too much time. When the figure is ready, Grumpy Cat will officially become the first feline wax figure at Madame Tussauds. Something Grumpy would most likely hate.
You can check out the how the measurements took place and you can immiately see how unimpressed Grumpy cat was. To her credit, though, while irritated, she seems quite calm. Most cats would have already scratched away everything that moves.
