Disney will make a live-action Winnie the Pooh movieDisney knows we love Winnie the Pooh very mich. So the company is preparing to make a live-action movie that will focus on Christopher Robin as an adult.

According to Deadline, Disney has hired Alex Ross Perry who will direct the movie. Brigham Taylor will be producing.

The idea is to focus the movie around Christopher Robin as an adult. The events in the movie will bring him back to the Hundred Acre Wood and Winnie the Pooh. The rest of the story remains a secret for now.

It is not yet clear who will play Christopher Robin or what other characters from A.A. Milne’s books will be featured. According to MoviePilot, the main cast includes Pooh, Poglet, Tigger, Owl, Eeyore and possibly a  few more and even new stuffed animals. It is safe to assume that Winnie the Pooh and his stuffed friends will take a life form through CGI (computer generated imagery).
