Disney score 23 Oscar nominations, and wins Critics Choice Awards

Disney scored 23 Oscar nominations, including for Toy Story 4 and several other movies. This put the company in second place for most nominations.

Netflix takes the top spot as a company with most nominations – 24. Coming in third is Sony Pictures with 20.

Disney scored nominations for Toy Story 4,” “The Lion King,” “Avengers: Endgame,” “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” and “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.”

And there are more good news for Disney. Its movies already won the Critics Choice Association Awards. Toy Story 4 got the Best Animated Feature prize. Avengers: Endgame won the Best Visual Effects category and the Best Action Movie.

And there are even more Toy Story 4 news. The movie is coming to the Disney+ streaming service on February 5th, 2020. So, it’s less than a month before fans can enjoy the movie from their own homes and devices.

And it’s going to be an interesting time. Will Toy Story 4 or some of the other Disney movie actually win an Oscar? It will be very interesting to find out. The ceremony will be on February 10, 2020, so it’s also less than a month away.
