One mistake most adults make is to frown upon other adults who still like toys, stuffed animals and games. Actually, this is very important. Here’s why.

Preserving your inner child is helpful for many reasons. One, it helps you keep a more realistic and grounded look and approach towards life.

Two, it helps you remember that the small things in life often bring the most joy. And it’s a great way to have fun, relax and deal with stress.

Also, it’s a great way to spend time with your kids. There’s absolutely nothing wrong about an adult playing with toys. You can now even get the toy you’ve always wanted in your childhood, but never got for whatever reason.

Your inner child can also show you a lot of fun stuff. You can go to Comic Con, to other meets and greets, to teddy bear picnic events. The possibilities are endless. And you will meet some great people at these events.

Stuffed animals play a vital part in this. Stuffies are great stress relievers. And they also help dealing with depression. Stuffed animals will also bring back a lot of memories.

Preserving your inner child means you will be more open towards the world. You will have a more grounded attitude and will be happier than you would expect. So, give your stuffed animals a big hug and why not play around a bit or go to a teddy bear picnic? It will be fun.
