The Baby Shark animated series by Pinkfong is starting to enjoy the benefits of its popularity. It’s also ramping up the introduction of new toys.
Fingerlings already announced they will release Baby Shark toys this autumn. The portfolio of Baby Shark toys though is just beginning.
There’s a lot more coming. Among the first new toys will be a range of Baby Shark Play Doh, ToyNews reports, along with new puzzles.
Pinkfong sets very ambitious goals. It wants the toys to further enhance the popularity of Baby Shark. The company also wants to build an “entertainment property that will carry on for generations.”
As a result, there will be a lot more than toys. A variety of companies will make clothes, underwear, swimwear, bed and bath accessories, footwear and bags. Other companies will make socks, toiletries, books, greetings cards, calendars. There will even be headphones and more. All of this stuff will carry the Baby Shark theme.
“Baby Shark has captured the hearts of many and its popularity continues to grow every day,” said Marina Lee, Pinkfong’s VP of global consumer products.
Sadly, there’s still no news for Baby Shark stuffed animals. But we would expect more of those coming soon, given the huge spike of branded products.
