Aurora World will make plush toys for the popular characters from BT21. The new license is for Europe and will run through at least the end of 2021.
Aurora World will offer plush toys of all eight BT21 characters. They will come in a range of choices. Among them are classic plushies, but also plush key rings and cushions.
The new toys will make their way to all 50 countries in Europe. Aurora World’s Design and Research Institute is developing the line-up and it will release it to the stores in the beginning of 2020.
“The amazing success of both Line Friends and BT21 in multiple markets guarantees strong demand for high-quality plush product – and quality has been central to our plush success from the beginning. We are delighted to be working with this incredible brand and are sure that this highly significant agreement will be a major talking point throughout the character license industry during this year and throughout 2020″, Jay Noh, director of content business, Aurora World says in a release.
Prices for the toys are still not known. They will probably be in a wide range and accessible to fans.
