Aurora World will add even more characters from the popular YooHoo line of plush toys. They will make their way to the UK via WHSmith, ToyNews reports.
The YooHoo characters are popular thanks to the Netflix original series YooHoo to the Rescue. They are a whole bunch of small, cute animals who help out in various situations.
The first wave of YooHoo toys started on April 15th with special keychains. The plush toys, including 14-inch tall stuffed animals, are coming on May 5th and beyond. They will make their way to over 200 high street stores.
There will also be a big campaign to go along with the launch of the toys. And it will feature several promotions, international expansion and more.
The animated series and the toys will work together to drive popularity up of each other. “With the arrival of YooHoo to the Rescue on the Netflix platform and this partnership with a household name in UK retail, we are looking forward to a very positive response to the new YooHoo plush. This partnership is a major boost for the YooHoo brand in an important market”, Jay Noh, director of content business, Aurora World, says.
Prices for the new plush are yet to be announced.
